Die Eike  is situated only 7km away from the well known village of Franschhoek, close to Cape Town.

It is the perfect spot for a week-end break with family and friends or extended holiday. We offer self-catering and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The cottage consistes of 2 luxury bedrooms, each individually decorated, with the finest white linen, towels and under floor heating, to make your stay a memorable one. The main bedroom with en-suite spa bath and walk in closet, the second bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The open plan lounge/kitchen offers a full self-catering kitchen, with build in fireplace, equipped with all glassware, crockery, cutlery and electrical equipment.To cool down in summer the cottage provides an air-con and sparkling fenced splash pool.

Our guest can be assured of an unforgettable stay, with spectacular view of sweeping landscapes, mountains and vineyards.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage
  • Children welcome by special arrangement only - full rates apply.
  • Minimum stay: 2 night ( 3 night over long week-end)
  • Check-in time: 2pm / Check out: 11am
  • The full amount is payable on signature of this agreement, the receipt thereof shall constitute acceptance of this agreement on behalf of the owner.
  • The booking document is only valid for 24 hours from the above date after that the house is free to be rented if there is any other interested party.
  • Cancelled bookings: More than 1 month prior - 10% administration fee. Between 2 weeks and 1 month - full 50% deposit. Less than 2 weeks - The full amount of your stay.
  • In the unlikely event that we cannot for some reason provide you with the house stipulated in the booking document, we reserve the right to refund the total amount paid for the house. We will not be held liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
  • The house is accepted as including all furniture, fittings and accessories "voetstoots" and in the condition in which they are found and shall be left in the same good order and condition, fair wear and tear accepted.
  • The guest shall be responsible for any shortages, breakages, damage or loss.
